Where AI can help

Less busywork.
More room to move forward.

These are examples of processes we could improve. We’ll choose the right starting point around your systems, your team and the work that matters most.

Reporting & analysis

Bring together data from your existing systems and draft the commentary for review. Give your team more time to understand the numbers and decide what to do next.

Everyday admin

Turn routine documents and emails into structured information, draft standard paperwork and flag exceptions. Reduce the copying and chasing between systems.

Enquiries & follow-up

Summarise incoming enquiries, route them to the right person and prepare response drafts. Keep your team in control of what gets sent to customers.

Meetings & onboarding

Turn approved meeting notes into actions, briefs and onboarding checklists. Make the handover from a conversation to the next task easier to manage.

Internal knowledge

Help people find answers in approved company documents, with links back to the source. Build around the information each person is allowed to access.

Connected workflows

Link the steps between your existing tools, reduce duplicate data entry and make handovers clearer. Use AI where judgement or language is involved, and straightforward automation for predictable tasks.

From idea to everyday use

Start small.
Build on what works.

A clear process, from understanding the opportunity to helping your team use it with confidence.

  1. Understand the work

We map one process, the people involved and the systems you already use. Together, we identify repeated tasks, delays and the parts that still need human judgement.

  2. Choose a useful starting point

We prioritise opportunities by likely value, effort and reliability. You get a clear scope and agreed success measures, such as time spent, turnaround time or the amount of rework.

  3. Build and test a pilot

I build a focused workflow and test it with real examples and the people who will use it. We check output quality, permissions, exceptions and the points where someone needs to review or approve.

  4. Roll out and improve

Once the pilot is useful, we put it into day-to-day work with guidance, team training and a clear owner. We compare results with the starting point and agree any ongoing support or next improvements.

Built around your people

Useful automation.
Human judgement where it matters.

Your team stays involved from the first conversation. We agree what can be automated, what needs approval and how to handle exceptions before a workflow becomes part of daily work.

A few useful answers

Before we get started

I know we could use AI, but where do we start?

Start with a task that happens often and takes more time than it should. We can review how it works today, identify the bottleneck and decide whether an AI opportunity review or a small pilot is the most useful first step.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

The starting point is the tools you already use. We check their integration options, permissions and limitations before choosing an approach. Any additional tools or subscriptions are discussed and agreed before implementation.

How will you handle our business data?

We agree which information the workflow needs, who may access it and which tools are appropriate. Data sharing, retention and provider settings are reviewed before use. Sensitive information is only included when an appropriate approach has been agreed.

Will AI make decisions or contact customers automatically?

We agree the level of automation for each task. Drafts, customer communications and important decisions can require human review before anything happens. Testing covers incorrect outputs, missing information and what the team should do when a workflow needs attention.

Can you help our team use it day to day?

Yes. Implementation can include practical training, written guidance and a handover around your team's actual tasks. Ongoing support can be scoped around maintaining the workflow and improving it as your needs change.

How will we know whether it is working?

We agree what success looks like before building and record a starting point. Depending on the process, we can compare time spent, turnaround, output quality, rework and team adoption. The pilot gives us evidence for deciding what to roll out.

Is this only for marketing teams?

My background in PPC and analytics gives me a practical starting point in marketing and reporting. This service also covers suitable admin, sales support and operational workflows. We assess the process and any specialist requirements before agreeing the scope.
