Revolut referral link: how the invitation works

Use the referral button on this page and read the invitation presented by Revolut. Check that the campaign is still available, that you are eligible as a new customer and that the account is the one you intend to open.

This guide concerns a personal-account referral. Do not assume opening a Revolut Business, Pro, Joint or Kids & Teens account meets the same requirements.

The UK help guidance describes verification, adding money from an eligible external source, ordering a physical card and completing eligible purchases. A balance transfer from another Revolut customer does not meet the funding step.

The number and minimum value of purchases, any separate-day requirements and the completion deadline depend on the campaign. Record those exact details from the invitation; no fixed number of purchases or deadline is asserted here.

A physical-card order may involve a delivery or card fee. Read the plan and delivery charges before ordering. Qualifying purchases can be made with the appropriate physical or virtual card, but currency exchanges, transfers, gambling and gift cards do not count.

Use ordinary purchases you already planned. Keep receipts and wait for completed payments rather than assuming a pending authorisation has satisfied the campaign.

The standard referral reward is for the person making the invitation unless Revolut separately offers the new customer a reward. Any customer promotion should be confirmed by Revolut in the signup journey.

Decide whether the account and its costs suit your own use. Do not open an account or spend money on the assumption that Tristan’s £80 reward will also be paid to you.
